prioritised e-mail technical support.
We do not provide technical support by phone.
We provide support in English.
We can install, update and configure your server for you by remotely
administering it via Remote Desktop, Terminal Service, VNC. Do not
hesitate to contact us so we can help you!

If your question is still unanswered
To get accurate help, don't forget to send anything that can make
detection of the problem faster and follow these guidelines for
quickest response :
Server version.
Server log excerpt reporting the problem.
Settings of accounts or server.
IP in use, are you behind a router / firewall / other.
Clear description of your problem (ie : "It does not work" is not a
clear description).
Screenshots, if you can't explain clearly the problem (preferably
.jpg or .gif. Please zip any large files and don't include them in
.doc files).
If the problem is reproducible, step by step how to reproduce it.
Reporting bugs and security problem
If you think you have found a problem causing a crash or
unexpected behaviour, please report it to us by using this email :
technical support. See above for details of what you need to include
in your message to help us fix the problem.
Though we brought all our attention to security, it could happen
that an unidentified security problem went through all our tests, if
it is the case please contact technical support, provide as much
information as possible and also way to reproduce the problem, we
will answer as soon as possible after reviewing the problem.
